سياسه الارجاع والاستبدال :
يتم الارجاع او الاستبدال باحضار فاتوره الشراء الاصلية وفقاً للشروط والاحكام التالية :
1/ يتم الارجاع او الاستبدال خلال 5 ايام من تاريخ الفاتورة ماعدا القطع الكهربائية والالكترونية لايتم ارجاعها لأي سبب سواء باستخدام القطعه او بدون استخدام
2/ ان تكون البضاعه غير مستخدمه وبحالتها الاصلية وبغلافها وبدون اي اوساخ او اي استعمال ويتم تقييمها عند الارجاع
3/ لايمكن ارجاع او استبدال القطع التي تكون بطلب العميل خاصه وتكون نادرة وقليل الحركة او اي قطع غيار موديلها اكثر من 7 سنوات وتكون بالطلب الخاص
4/ في حال طلب القطع الخاصه يتم دفع كامل المبلغ غير قابل للاسترداد ويتم الاتفاق على الوصول مع البائع
5 / بالنسبه للمرتجعات المالية تكون بالتحويل المالي خلال 5 ايام عمل ويتم خصم رسوم العمليات اذا كان السداد عبر نقاط البيع اذا كانت العملية مدى يتم خصم 1٪ واذا كانت عبر الفيزا او ماستركارد او امريكان اكسبرس يتم خصم 2.5٪ ويتم التحويل للعميل مباشره
6/ اخذك للفاتوره هو تاكيد منك للموافقه وقراءتك لجميع الشروط والاحكام
Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1/ Returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of the invoice date, with the exception of electrical and electronic items, which may not be returned for any reason, whether used or unused.
2/ The merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, in its packaging, and free of any dirt or wear. The item must be evaluated upon return.
3/ Items specifically requested by the customer, which are rare, rarely used, or any spare parts that are more than 7 years old and are custom-ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
4/ For custom-ordered items, the full, non-refundable amount must be paid, and an agreement must be reached with the seller.
5/ For financial returns, payment must be made via bank transfer within 5 business days. A transaction fee will be deducted if payment is made via point-of-sale (POS). If the transaction is made via Mada, a 1% deduction is applied, and if the transaction is made via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, a 1% deduction is applied. 2.5% and is transferred directly to the customer
6/ Receiving the invoice is a confirmation of your agreement and reading of all terms and conditions.
