Return and exchange policy: Returns or exchanges must be brought with the original purchase invoice according to the following terms and conditions: 1/ Returns or exchanges are made within 5 days from the invoice date except for electrical and electronic pieces which are not returned for any reason whether using the piece or without using it. 2/ The merchandise must be unused and in its original condition and packaging and without any dirt or use and evaluated upon return. 3/ The pieces that are specially requested by the customer and are rare and seldom used or any spare parts whose model is more than 7 years old and are custom-ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. 4/ In case of requesting special pieces, the full non-refundable amount must be paid and an agreement must be reached with the seller. 5/ For financial returns, the transfer must be within 5 working days and a deduction of transaction fees is made if the payment was via point-of-sale. If the transaction was via Mada, a 1% deduction is made, and if it was via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, a 2.5% deduction is made, and the amount is transferred directly to the customer. 6/ Taking the invoice is a confirmation from you of your approval and reading of all terms and conditions.
